Tower Blue Bay

Designed as a seven-story residential development comprising eighteen residences, Torre Blue Bay organizes living spaces around a compact central core, maximizing natural light, cross-ventilation, and access to private terraces. Continuous balconies and carefully framed openings establish a strong relationship between interior and exterior spaces, while rooftop amenities—including a pool and gym—extend the residential experience beyond each home. Conceived for La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, the architecture balances efficiency, openness, and climate-responsive design within the coastal landscape of Bahía de Banderas.
