Peñita is a contemporary residence located in Punta Mita, Nayarit. The project explores the relationship between natural light, tropical vegetation and open living spaces, creating a transition between interior and exterior environments.The residence is organized around social areas connected to the garden, while private spaces are arranged on the upper level to provide comfort and privacy. A restrained material palette, balanced proportions and carefully framed views define an architecture designed for the climate and lifestyle of Mexico's Pacific coast.
