Pelícanos

Pelícanos is a renovation of the shared spaces within a residential development in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. The project reorganizes the reception area, gym, and common spaces to improve everyday use, clarify circulation, and create greater continuity between the different shared areas.

The intervention introduces a warmer material language, integrated lighting, and a more consistent interior character to update the existing spaces while maintaining their residential quality. The renovation focuses on both functionality and the overall experience of the residents who use these spaces every day.
