Intersect Kitchen
Inspired by HENGE’s expressive approach to material and composition, the proposal is organized around a monolithic Arabescato Corchia marble island whose natural veining and sculptural presence define the space. The light marble contrasts with brushed brass details and dark cabinetry, creating a composition in which mass, texture, and proportion are as important as function.
Integrated lighting emphasizes the depth of the materials and the junctions between stone, metal, and furniture, while the restrained geometry maintains a precise reading of the whole. Rather than treating the kitchen as a collection of separate elements, the project brings material, furniture, and lighting together as one interior composition.
